Ensures the effective utilization of network management tools and applications to enhance system performance and minimize system downtime. Develops procedures for problem management, disaster recovery, and system and network changes. Defines and produces operational metrics on systems and network performance. Reviews project feasibility studies, confers with management to prioritize projects and prepares progress reports for management regarding project development initiatives. Makes recommendations for equipment purchases. Manages and assigns activities of employees who support the organization's PC Network. Bachelor's degree and previous experience required.
