Monitors entire network to ensure that terminals, controllers, modems and phone lines are functioning properly. Corrects network problems or directs it to appropriate area for resolution. Helps order and sets up new phone lines, modems etc., for departments. Determines cause and resolution if response time is slower than standard. Responsible for network security. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
